Does anyone know which codecs are needed for viewing videos on Facebook? There are lot of codecs already loaded but none are correct for FB.
Without any info about the media it’s difficult telling which codec you need. Have you installed the additional codecs provided via this guide? SDB:Installing codecs from Packman repositories - openSUSE Wiki
OpenSUSE by default only ships with a few codecs, notably missing x264 (which is used for MP4s for example).

If you’re using Firefox as your Web-Browser, then to provide MP4 ( H.264) video support, you need to install the codecs detailed in this SDB: <https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Firefox_MP4/H.264_Video_Support>.
