Cmake can't find gtk.h

I’am trying to compile kde-gtk-config on OpenSuse 12.2 but i’am getting this error:

0%] Built target kcm_cgc_automoc
82%] Built target kcm_cgc
88%] Building C object gtkproxies/CMakeFiles/gtk_preview.dir/preview.o
/home/xpete/kde/kde-gtk-config/gtkproxies/preview.c:23:21: fatal error: gtk/gtk.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
make[2]: *** [gtkproxies/CMakeFiles/gtk_preview.dir/preview.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [gtkproxies/CMakeFiles/gtk_preview.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2

gtk2-dev and gtk3-dev are instaled and gtk.h is avalable at

I guess the problem is at
but I can’t fix it.

anything else I’am missing?
how can i fix this?

Is pkgconfig installed? There are kde helper macros that run when
building as an rpm…
A user has it built here;

Cheers Malcolm °¿° (Linux Counter #276890)
openSUSE 12.2 (x86_64) Kernel 3.4.6-2.10-desktop
up 1:37, 3 users, load average: 0.21, 0.11, 0.13
CPU Intel i5 CPU M520@2.40GHz | Intel Arrandale GPU

It compiles now… and pkgconfig was already installed.
I guess it was some other package missing.
