Clock in the TaskBar shows wrong time

Check:

ls -l /etc/localtime

and

echo $TZ

That’s the results

sergio@linux-xgwm:~> ls -l /etc/localtime
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 37 Fev 3 07:03 /etc/localtime -> /usr/share/zoneinfo/America/Sao_Paulo
sergio@linux-xgwm:~> echo $TZ

sergio@linux-xgwm:~>

echo $TZ returns nothing
