Is Clamav/ClamTK not really supported, these days?
Have used previously, and seemed to work, but have recently installed, and, at least, clamtk seems to be pretty useless…
Doesn’t seem to talk to clamav, and following other error probs, get lots of “page not found” on github when chasing up issues.
I know AV is not a huge concern, but was just investigating the possibilities…

IMHO AV is only useful to check files for MS Windows systems. E.g. when you run a mail server and want to check mail before it goes to Windows users.
As this software checks against a database of known viruses and as there are no known Linux viruses, that database (and thus such programs) can not be used to check for Linux viruses, even if they would exist.
I guess this might be old, but still valid: But That's Just My Opinion. I Could Be Wrong.
