Citrix Cannot Connect to 0.0.0.2

Hi all,

I am facing issue connecting to Citrix where I receive the error message “Cannot connect to 0.0.0.2 - Remote Desktop…”
I have copied the certificates from https://www.entrustdatacard.com/pages/root-certificates-download to /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts, but did not work.

Linux 4.12.14-lp150.12.28-default #1 SMP Mon Dec 3 16:46:15 UTC 2018 (b91289f) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Firefox 60.4.0esr (64-bit)
Citrix Workspace (but the error occurs with Citrix Receiver as well)

Is that the full error?

Try opening a running console to view the error as it happens to see if more information is reported…

journalctl -f

With the above console open, try to make your Citrix connection.
