cinnamon sometime failed to build even nothing change.

I am updating Cinnamon to 4.8.0.
Sometime the build will fail with

fatal error: cinnamon-enum-types.h: No such file or directory

However, sometime, if I trigger rebuild, it will build successfully. Is this some kind of extreme non reproducible build or some sort?

At the moment it failed.

Now the build succeed when rebuild happen again, strange.
