Ok.Just seen, for example, that in the Settings there is the Administration section, where normally there are some Yast modules such as Firewall which don’t work either. Probably because Yast will be drop in Leap 16. The notification Bell is missing also from the toolbar when updates are available. I think Cinnamon is not used so much in OpenSUSE 
Use cockpit and Myrlyn instead of Yast.
I will switch to Leap 16.0 after it is released at October.
