Cinepaint via opensuse software

Hello I want to know if its safe to install cinepaint “one click” option via software.opensuse.org: Download openSUSE 11.4 because at the end they tell me to be carefull because adding a repo could contain a malicious pakage

The openSUSE one click install does NOT contain any malicious packages! When you use the one click install, you must add in a new repository, that contains the file you want. Always make sure to search YaST first, for any file you seek and do not add in new repositories willie nillie as the more repositories you add in, you increase a slight possibility that packages may be compiled from different repositories creating a possibility some may not work together. Adding in too many repositories always creates such a risk. Install the programs you need, but don’t attempt to install every program and every repository as sooner or later, you can end up with some applications that may not want to work together. It has happened before.
