Ciao form Venice new OpenSuse Leap desktop beginner

Ciao!! to All, rotfl!
i’ve still setup from scratch my laptop with Leap 15.4 KDE:nerd:
Enthusiast beginner starting a new era for me on OpenSource Linux,:shame:
choosing OpenSuse by the stable-approach and the European community too.:shake:

Hope to be able patiently to digitallize my overall digital home stable workplace on OpenSuse,
Privacy oriented with a sustainable approach, understanding and contributing “for dummies”
to the Italian, European, World and Space community too.

Welcome to the openSUSE forums (and please take note on how it is spelled).

Hope you can be helped whenever you get a problem or a question. Also hope that you can help others with your knowledge and experience one day.

Hello and welcome.

noob linux here.
Using openSUSE for two years now.

Its good.
Enjoy your stay.

Ciao amico/a! Also new to OpenSUSE, tried it a few times but never got to fully adopt it because Licensing issues, maybe I was just trying to install licensed software?

Will give it one last try (coming from Debian, most things are easy SW wise). I’m running Leap 15.4 on a Google VM.

Btw, anyone know how to move more efficiently on Yast? I seem to need tabbing a lot whilst moving from one option to the other.

Hello and welcome.

This is not the part of the forums to ask technical questions. Not many people that try to help others with technical questions/problems will ever visit the Chit-Chat. So post your questions in the sub-forum that fits best to your question (so that people with technical expertise in a certain area will see it), make a good thread title (so that people browsing through the new threads can see what it is about) and make a good and precise description. The people you are talking to do may do things very different from what you do, so never expect that people by mind reading understand you.
