Recently, every time I open chrome (Version 51.0.2704.106 (64-bit)) it always tells me it’s not the default browser. If I go into Settings and try and select as default browser, nothing ever changes (as if it is a read-only setting…?)
Anyone have the same issue recently?
Thanks.
To me that is something that is configured in the desktop configuration of a user.
So it might be important to potential helpers to know which desktop environment the user uses.
Sorry, that would be KDE, and Chrome is set as the default browser
The command line in Systemsettings’s default applications ? I’ve seen people typing “chrome”, where the executable is “google-chrome”.
Nope, that’s fine…
