I see the equivalent of that with firefox. I first noticed it a few days ago. Presumably something has changed on the login page, so that part of that page is not encrypted. I have not tried to investigate.
Seen it too. Twice, a couple of days ago.
Google is happy with the certificate, but it is not happy that the page includes both encrypted and unencrypted elements.
To be really useful, you probably need to open the Chrome debugging console before you attempt to login, then you can copy any errors for posting.
To invoke the Chrome console, open chrome to another page before the Novell logon and then type
CTL-SHFT-J
