I just I have to run this command as root every time I wanna play dota2.
There is always an error when I start steam so I found the solution on the internet,
I have already added me to the video group. But it doesn’t work, yet the command “chmod -R a+rX /proc/ati”
solves the problem I have.
However I have to run this command every time I restart my computer.
/proc is a virtual directory it does not exist on the drive You can not make what you are doing persistent. In Linux/Unix all things are files /proc represents the process that are running on the machine.
You could put into a startup script I guess
.

I just found a new beta driver released on 8th Jan from AMD site . I installed that and the problem is gone.
