Where does openSuse list the check sum values for checking the iso downloads. The only one I found listed on the page was for the DVD. Where are the values for the Gnome and KDE downloads?

On clicking the Live ISO you should notice that checksum links will
change automatically

The checksum (and hash) values at the bottom of the download page are based
on what is selected at the top - pick the one you downloaded and the
corresponding checksum will download from the page.

Or find the download server (its easy, details depend on your browser),
and you will see all the isos and their checksum files in the listing.
