Change window title color and text based on application name

Hello.
I would like to set active title bar color to red with text black and inactive title bar to light yellow with text blue for dolphin in super user mode.

I did not find a way to set title bar and text color specifically for dolphin in super user mode.

Any help are greatly appreciated.

Root user settings are are in /root so you must start settings as root
