Change language in kde!

Hi i am new to the usage of kde environment and i think i need some help with the shortcuts. I want to configure my computer to switch between Uk and Greek language when i press left_alt+shift buttons.

I have tried doing this with kde’s control panel but i unfortunately i failed.
So some help is really accepted

In KDE3 you do this in the Region/Accessibility>Keyboard Layout module, not the Country/Region/Language module.
Enable Keyboard Layout and set the Switching options, then in the Keyboard Shortcuts module define the key combination you want.

In KDE4 go to Configure Desktop > Regional and Language > Keyboard Layout > Layout. If you have troubles with shortcuts in KDE4 take look to bugs.kde.org - there was some problem with shortcuts in the last few versions, maybe you will find useful informations/workaround if your shortcuts doesn’t work. You can also try here: KDE forums.
Good luck.

What do u meeeean by Keyboard Shortcuts? I use kde 3.x.x and the only similar to this is a tab named Xkb Options. I click to the Enable xkb options button and then to alt+shift change layout option.
The problem is that this is not working i press alt_shift (left or right alt) and i cant switch from UK to GR.
Do u have any idea what might be the problem?

Cool i think i can change from greek to uk language by pressing alt+Shift. The only problem i still have is how the small country flag changes from the uk flag to the greek flag when i press the alt shift button. Any idea plz?

Ok do u know if it is possible the alt+f1 menu to appear when i click on win button?
