Change Days and Date language across thhe system

Hi,

I have got OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 running with dual-boot along with Win7 on my PC.

OpenSUSE is up and running smoothly, but there’s one thing that I am not able to change from anywhere.

The days and months are shown in my regional language (Hindi) instead of system language (English) wherever days and months are displayed, for example, in mail application the received date is shown in Hindi, in Software manager, the technical details shows date in Hindi, and so on. And I am not sure how the system knows that my regional language is Hindi.

Yes, at the time of installation, it did ask me my time zone, where I had specified it to be in my region. But nowhere it asked about the language in which which days and months will be shown.

My query here is how to change the language of days and months to English without changing my time zone or the time?

Right-click on the digital clock in system tray > ‘Set Time Format…’, under ‘Detailed Settings’, there time can be set by country (which also determines format).
