Change Cursor Theme

I recently converted back to the KDE Plasma desktop from Gnome 3. As I have been trying to finish customizing my setup I am unable to open Cursor Theme under Workspace Theme from System settings. Each time I am kicked out of System Settings with the following error message along with a Bug Report window.

Executable: systemsettings5 PID: 3507 Signal: Aborted (6) Time: 12/21/16 23:23:08

I have a GEFORCE GTX 950 video card installed along with NVIDIA Driver version 375.20.

What can I do to allow me to access these settings?

Double check your repos to be sure you don’t have some odd mix

gogalthrop,
Thank you for replying but I have switched my desktop environment to MATE. The Cursor theme was only a small problem, but I came home yesterday and the lock screen had failed and I kept having to repeat the process of starting the logon screen from the command line. Changing DE’s might be the easy way out but KDE Plasma gave me too many issues than I want to troubleshoot at this time. Since switching to MATE my cursor theme was recognized immediately and all personalized options are operating properly.

For what it is worth KDE has been rock solid so far (knock wood). Clean new install bringing old home AMD FX CPU and NVIDIA 630 GPU running GO4 driver

I suspect upgrades may not be rock solid. Seems like a lot of the reported problems are from upgrades rather then fresh installs
