Hi,
I am using CDMA modem and using wvdial to connect the Internet.
Some of the applications are working fine such as evolutions, screenlets but firefox, pidgin and empathy messenger are not. To get these work I need to delete the configuration folder from the /home/ user name/ directory (for firefox /.mozilla/firefox and for pidgin /.purple/).
The same problem is coming when I am using these applications in superuser mode.
