Hey guys, after a little time i managed to install OpenSUSE, but now i want to play an audio CD and i cant open my CD player or mount it.
Can you guys help me

You may need to do this:
YAST >> Security and Users >> User Management >> “select your user” >> Edit >> Details >> Groups >> check “cdrom” and “disk” and then click on “ACCEPT”.
Or better yet if you’re running 11.1, repair the bug with the bugfix available by running Yast → Software → Online Updates.
