Those of us with bad eyesight are perfectly able to increase the fontsize of their browser. Please use the deafult fontsize of the forums, They are the default not for nothing and you wll get not more attention when you make fancy posts.

In fact, you get less. I, for one, refuse to read any post that does that kind
of idiotic formatting. That also includes the shouting from ALL CAPS. I will
allow that if your terminal is an ASR-33, but only then.

Your Kaffeine channel scan window shows that you don’t have a source selected. However, that is likely because the card is not detected…which is likely because no driver (and/or firmware) is loaded for the device (as shown by the absence of a drivers part for the mantis pci bridege info you’ve shown in the hardware information screenshot.

For that matter, I have no idea if this device is even supported under Linux. Here’s what your first steps should be:

  • look in the output of dmesg for any clues
  • use /sbin/lspci -vnn to get the device’s subsystem ID and then, using that, google for Linux support for that device … any related threads/hits you find will likely distil whether you need to load any firmware (I am ignorant whether this is the case or not) and likely point you in the right direction to get it working – provided the card is supported (one way or another).

Thank you for your effort and time

I still find it difficult to run this card
All attempts failed !!!

Maybe because I’m a beginner in the world of Linux
Therefore, I wonder?
Is there a simpler way to run this card

Tyler K gave a good plan. By all means ask specific questions about any
of the steps and/or post the output of the commands here for help with
interpreting them.

I want an application or program can be installed on openSUSE 12.1 through which I can run the card twinhan ad-sp 410

I want a million pounds delivered to my house today.

Repeating desires doesn’t make them any more likely to happen. But
following Tyler’s plan is likely to make it happen.
