Account registred about 1 or 2 years ago. ~6 month ago I was trying to figure out with OBS, but something goes wrong and I stopped that idea. Now I decided to continue, but there are absolutely no controls for me, no buttons for create package or modify repositories… For exemple - screen of packages page http://i.imgur.com/NuOcF.png
What should I do for restore control for my home project?

Click Packages and create a new package…

You can also use the command line tool osc locally to create, build etc.

On the screen in first message there is page opened after clicking link “Packages”. And you can see that there are no buttons. At overview page only two buttons under Actions section - Request role addition and Request deletion. And that’s all.

Hmmm wonder if it’s a cookie proble, log out and clear your
cookies/cache for build.opensuse.org and try logging in again.
If that doesn’t work, I’ll ping someone on IRC.

OIC, the problem is because you’re inactive for one year long. and your home is deleted because there’s a policy to clean such dead homes.
install osc from yast and try the following commands in console:
osc undelete home_fenix
if still fails, you need to contact Adrian (OBS admin) in opensuse-buildservice@opensuse.org ML to ask for a revert.
