Can't upgrade MySQL from factory repo on milestone 4

I’m trying to upgrade the MySQL install from the factory repo. When
doing a distro-upgrade from milestone 3 to milestone 4 I get this error
when it gets to mysql

Now that I am running the latest milestone I continue to get this error
with the factory build of MySQL does someone know how to fix this
problem?

Have you tried uninstalling that old mysql and installing the new one?
