Can't post to the forums with Firefox

Hi everybody,

I cannot post to the forums with Firefox, using Chromium right now just in order to post. The issue seems to be with the rich text editor. I don’t get a cursor when I select it and any text type does not appear. The buttons are partly functional though. This is only a problem with the editor, not the field where you can enter a title or the boxes for trackback or tags.

Does anybody else struggle with this? If not, I might have to go through my extensions.

This is FF 20 64bit from the 12.3 Update repo.

Testing post from FF 20.0 on openSUSE 12.2 x86_64. I think rich test is enabled… testing with some bold and italicized and underlined stuff here.

Good luck w/the extension tests.

Good luck.

No problems here … :expressionless:

empty the browser cache, history and cookies, restart FF and try again.

I would start with clearing cache/cookies and then restart with --safe-
mode to disable all extensions.
