can't play mp3 files

i just got the release candidate 11.3 and when i opened up amarok the music player, it told me that it could not play mp3 files. so i choose to install support for mp3 but it did not work. i added some repositories but still no luck. if someone can help, i would appreciate it, thanks.

openSUSE 11.3 is still about 20 days away. This should have gone to Prerelease/Beta. The document colao is pointing to probably still does not have an 11.3 version.
