Reinstall from scratch, the whole system.

It is not possible to recommend something else, we do not know exactly what
you did.

Probably you uninstalled something in yast, and this pulled out a lot more
because of dependencies - which you neglected to notice.

Next time you will be more careful.

that sounds like good advice, specially under these circumstances.
otherwise you could find out what you did, most likely, by looking at the
end of /var/log/zypp/history.

Good grief! No YaST, no zypper… you need to be an expert to repair that,
and would take long to explain (basically, reinstall those two via command
line CLI with lots of options, from the DVD).

So, reinstall. Or restore backup, if you have it - as hcw said.
