P.S sorry for my english but I am not very good in it

At the boot of the dvd hit F3 and choose ‘text’
try that or ‘vesa’

Installation Help - openSUSE

If the graphical boot menu doesn’t show or freezes, try press and hold Shift on the keyboard when booting the installation media. This starts the text-mode boot menu instead.

I have tried but nothing. I also have try loading kernel in safe mode , no ACPI, no local ACPI but nothing works still i have the same error.:frowning:

have you run the media check from the dvd boot screen options?

I can’t because if i do it i have loading kernel and black screen

Ok, so did you run a md5sum check on the downloaded .iso? And the finished dvd?

If you have more than 1 pc, try it that.

To check md5 sum i use this software

http://md5-checker.tsoft.qarchive.org/_download2.html

and the checksum I try to check was that

8abac6680ecc152f103006b02f9ff67f

And it shows that the md5sum is not correct. So i have to download it one more time or again burn to dvd cause I have the iso file on my drive?
Artur
P.S This is my md5sum
On my laptop I have the same error

Were you checking the md5sum of the .iso or the burned dvd?

If the .iso is wrong and you downloaded it with bittorrent, then use the re-check in your torrent client.
Even if you downloaded the .iso with http/ftp it is still possible to load it into a bittorrent client to do a re-check.

In my experience I very rarely get an .iso file check that is wrong. But it’s not that unusual for the burned dvd/cd to be wrong.

Basically, you shouldn’t need to download it again - just re-check in your torrent client if the .iso is wrong. Then burn dead slow!!! If you are in windows use a burner like:Download ImgBurn 2.4.2.0 - FileHippo.com

Hello I have checked again md5sums and they are not valid they are different. So I have to burn the image again or download it again?
Artur

If you downloaded with a bittorrent client do a force recheck.

Anyway, you didn’t say if it was .iso that was wrong or the burned dvd!

I have downloaded it from ftp/htpp the iso which I was verifying on my hard drive and I also have burned the cd from this image using alcohol.
Artur

try this option at boot
clear the kernel arguments and type:

edd=off

Ok i have solved the porblem i downloaded live cd and install openSuse from it and everythinks work great. Thx for help;)
