cant install RC1

OK, i am trying to install opensuse rc1 on my friends computer. he has got integrated intel 82852/82855 GM/GME GRaphic card (as stated in device manager in windows)… i downloaded RC1 noramlly from web site, also tried from Ftp server but always at 49 percent it got an error and i also downloaded via torrent, i used three different cds just to be sure its not cd or burning problem…

When i put burned cd into drive it starts noramlly but when it comes to login screen i click on LIVE CD USER, screen goes black for three seconds and than it goes back to login screen so generally i cant login and cant install RC1… its a 32 bit version…

We could not even open the OpenSUSE RC1 live CD because on a laptop and desktop we tried, it had an init error part way through and rebooted.

If you want to show your fiend suse better to use the stable 11.0 rather than the developmental version

Make certain you run the media check on the CD to confirmed it was created properly.

If it was created properly, try the failsafe/safe-settings boot for an install. If that fails, then write a bug report on openSUSE-11.1. The sooner new found bugs are reported the better: Submitting Bug Reports - openSUSE

Also check your down loaded iso. If there was a bad download you can burn ten thousand cds
and not one will work
