Can't get VirtualBox to run

I’m new to SUSE, coming from an Ubuntu and Windows background. I went to

[software.opensuse.org
```](http://software.opensuse.org) and navigated to ```
http://software.opensuse.org/package/virtualbox
```](http://software.opensuse.org/package/virtualbox)for the 1-click install. When it finished, I tried to open it but nothing happens except that the VirtualBox icon bounces up and down for about 5 seconds before disappearing. I tried to run it in a terminal to see errors but I cannot determine what exactly to run. Typing "virtualbox" gets me "command not found."

What am I missing?

I believe you have to reboot the system.

This is CLOSED and will be moved to the Virtualization forum.

Moved from Applications and open again.

Do you have the package “virtualbox-qt” installed?

Try to run it with “VirtualBox” in a terminal, Linux is case-sensitive… :wink:

Thanks! I installed that package, rebooted, and it worked.
