After my website has been running a while without problem I now find it’s not working again. Running Apache2 on OpenSuSE 13.1 with all the latest updates. One thing I noticed that was odd is that when I manually shut it down and start it up again from the command prompt I get the message: postdrop: warning: unable to look up public/pickup: No such file or directory
Never saw this message before… And don’t know if this is causing Apache not to work.
From another computer I have done a traceroute with both the static IP address and the website name and both come up with the same information. I have also gone to www.t1shopper.com and did a port scan. With the domain name it says there are no open ports. Using the IP address port 80 is open. If I do a ping with the domain name it reports that the ip address is the same as the static IP address.
What is going on…?
