Can't get repositories to refresh opensuse 42.3

I’m having troubles getting YAST to refresh repositories in my recent opensuse 42.3 install on my G62 laptop.This problem only began today. Is there a problem with the repos?

Yes. Apparently there was a hardware failure at download.opensuse.org. They are working on it. Best to wait a day.

There are two or three other threads on this.
