Can't find windows in the boot screen

**Hi all,
I’ve installed openSUSE 11
and after installation and restarting, i couldn’t get in openSUSE because of the green screen and horizontal lines appeared.
I’ve formatted the partition and reinstalled it, but nothing else the green screen and line again.
This is my first problem !!!

The second one is when i have tried to repair - not reinstall - the system
Some errors appear and repaired.
And at the last check operation: “boot loader”, I’ve checked at the “boot from master disk”
Then i can’t see the “Windows” choice in the boot screen, then i changed it to “from scratch”, but the problem is still present till now.
My windows is WinXP

Please, heeeeeeeeeeeelp, I’m new in Linux world.
Thanks in advance.**

Can you login in opensuse Yes or NO from the Hard disk

Thanks dobby9,
I can’t login opensuse, the green screen appears.

I think you need to repair XP and reinstall SUSE.

Boot into your Windows Cd and hit repair.

At the available prompt type in… fixmbr …

Now if you get back into windows you must clean up your hard disk through disk management. Delete your old SUSE partions and leave your old windows partition alone. Format a new partion where SUSE was and reinstall SUSE again. It should see the available space you left and install itself there. It is very important to have both OS’s on the same drive for the bootloader.
