Can't establish connection.

Hi!

After installing Madwifi everything was fine. But then I don’t know what I did before what could cause this it didn’t work anymore. :frowning:

I cant neither establish a connection with KNetworkManger nor KInternet/YaST2.

I have a AR242x 802.11abg.

Thankful for any help!

You may have more luck reading the various posts (and posting if
necessary) in opensuse.org.help.network-internet.wireless which is
dedicated to wireless topics.

Good luck.

I’d check the wireless card settings in YaST>Network Devices>Network Sedttings and write them down. Then I’d Delete them, reboot, Add a new wireless configuration with all the correct settings filled in, and reboot again. That’s always worked for me.
