Can't connect to OpenVPN using network manager. (KDE)

Hello. I’m trying to connect to VpnBook using the network manager.
I’ve imported the .ovpn file successfully and entered my username and password and whenever I try to connect it says connection failed because “The service providing the VPN connection was stopped”.

Relevant info:
plasma-nm5-openvpn is installed
openvpn is installed
NetworkManager-openvpn is installed
entering “openvpn” in the terminal gives “command not found”
entering /usr/sbin/openvpn in the terminal works.

I solved it by removing the vpn connection then adding it again. I don’t know what the problem was but at least it’s fixed now.
