Can't connect to internet withe Wirelesss?

I’ve recently installed openSUSE 11.3 on my old Dell. Now i can’t connect to my wireless network, and i’m not sure why?

I’m a newbie to Linux, so is there any way to fix this?

It would be best if you told us the following information:

openSUSE 11.3 32 or 64 bit?
Desktop Type & Version KDE or GNOME
Dell model Number
Wireless card type, if you know (You can check at Dell or in Windows)

In the meantime, check out this information:

I would ask you to go into YaST / Network Devices / Network Settings / Global Options Tab and set the bullet for “User Controlled With NetworkManager” if not selected as this is the normal way to use NetworkManager. Once set, you may have to run NetworkManager manually as a normal user the first time to see it in the icon tray, but after that it should load automatically. For wireless connections in KDE, it is said you need to run Kwallet to keep track of the system passwords. So look at this option as well if you use KDE.

Thank You,
