Hi,
After creating a new account and providing the necessary configuration and credentials, Empathy don’t seems to be able to log in on the GW IM server. I’ve seen some problem reports at Ubuntu but the suggested workaround isn’t pretty (copy certificate to the tmp directory or something…) nor does it work.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Also, I wonder why Gaim, which has worked correctly for years, got replaced by Empathy, which is clearly having issues. I guess I’m not the only one.
