Can't connect to AP with Intel WiFi Link 5100 AGN using supplied certificates

Heya,

I’ve been busy and confused so its taking me a while. I’m met by these windows when I want to setup the wireless card. I don’t know what values to put in where…

I don’t expect you guys to know the actual values to put in, but I have no idea what those things means…
