Hi,
when I in the control center start “Graphics Card and Monitor” I get a message “At least one display must be active”. The problem is then that I cant change the resolution of my screen. I guess there is something wrong in my xorg.conf file. I have a DELL E228WFP screen and a ATI readon 2600 graphic card. This problem occurred after I installed the fglrx 3D ATI graphic card. I guess there is some conflict with my old configuration and the new that I got as I installed the driver. I’m however rather new to linux and cant understand whats wrong in my file.
I also tried init 3 as superuser. Then sax2 -r -m 0=fglrx. Opensuse tells me that it cant find sax2 command, but I can get the manual man sax2.
