Can't change file icon

Hello

I’m trying to change icon for html/htm files displayed in Dolphin.
I try to do it in Dolphin via Properties. When I finally click Apply - nothing happens, it doesn’t accept changes.
The same if I try to do it in ‘Configure Desktop’ and File Association.

I haven’t tried to change an icon for that, but maybe try using the Super User Dolphin instead the regular User Dolphin?
