Can't boot OpenSUSE Tumbleweed - Didn't ask a password for /home partition.

After update(about 2 weeks ago), i noticed a new menu, which show keyboard selected language, when asking a password for a crypted partition. And, at boot, it asks only for swap and root partition(Usually i typed 3 password:Root, swap, home). But not now. And, after some time, i saw a message about emergency shell and that /home volume couldn’t be mounted, becouse of time out.
For now, i can do rollback(it helps). But i have no idea, why is it happening?
Maybe somebody has the same problem? Or maybe anybody has a solution?

Thanks for helping and sorry for my English.

There is an open bug report for this. The bug report suggests that it is a “plymouth” issue.

You can use ‘e’ on the grub menu, and scroll down to the line that starts “linux” (or “linuxefi”). Then modify the boot line.

I’m not having the problem, so I can’t be sure if this helps. However, you could remove the “splash=silent” from the boot command line, to get a text boot screen. And maybe that avoids the issue. If that doesn’t help, try replacine “splash=silent” with “plymouth.enable=0”.

I had the same issue a few days ago.
I resolved it by editing the corresponding service file.
