Ok, so its the kernel

The following 6 items are locked and will not be changed by any action:

  kernel-default-6.2.1-1.1 kernel-default-6.2.2-1.1
Nothing to do.

What are my next steps in this problem?

6.2.2 has problems work around is in most cases to disable secure boot may fix it.

Tried every setting and combo in secure boot, Ill just wait for the update i guess.
