Can't adjust mouse scrolling

Using KDE 5.19.3 - seems there is no way I can adjust the mouse scrolling.

I assume that you’re referring to scroll wheel speed? If so, this thread may be of interest to you. FWIW, Plasma (Wayland) does have such support, but not Plasma (with X11 environment).
