I saw that there was another thread about errors connecting to Android, but since I’m using the Tumbleweed version, I decided to create a new one. If I did it wrong, do not hesitate to give me a warning.
I recently purchased a Samsung J3 and when connecting via USB to transfer files, the device is detected, but when I try to open it on Dolphin I run into the following error:
The file or folder udi = / org / kde / solid / udev / sys / devices / pci0000: 00/0000: 00: 12.2 / usb1 / 1-4 / does not exist.
When I run the mtp-detect command, the following warning appears:
mtp-detect
libmtp version: 1.1.16

OK.
Both Tumbleweed and Android are updated and on Windows I can easily access the files. Any help will be welcome.
Normally you need to toggle the USB settings on the device at the same time you plug it in, from Charging to File transfer
I have never used Samsung though
If you have a micro SD card as well you may need to install exfat packages: fuse-exfat and exfat-utils
Just now I realized the mistake I made. If you connect the device while it is locked, the system will not recognize it even after you unlock it.
For everything to be recognized and you can transfer the files, you must first unlock the device and only then connect it to the PC. If the smarthphone goes back to lock mode before you connect to the PC, you will need to disconnect, unlock again and just plug it in.
Was silly of me didn’t realize this before creating this thread. At least it can be helpful if someone else has similar problems.
