Cannot use or reinstall repos 15.3/sle

Hello.
This is my fith install with the same usb disk ( build using opensuse imagewriter )
During the install, I got a message that the installation media is inaccessible.
After install finished, I try to refresh it but get the same error.
Then try install it by hand from yast menu, but get the same error.

 Check whether the server is accessible.

Any help is welcome.

Are you using the DVD installer or the live installer?\

If you are using the DVD installer, then when it asks about using online repos, so “no”. I suggest that, because you are having network issues with one of the online repos.

I use the DVD installer not the live installer.

After 3 hours access was accessible again.

I think there was a problem with the server for that repos, as I was able to access other repos.
