Cannot update Leap 15.0 with a KDE plasmoid plasma5-pk-updates

During updating using KDE plasmoid plasma5-pk-updates it shows:

Signature verification for Repository Leap_15.0 failed

But after that I updated system with YaST successfully by manually picking needed packages.

Filed a bug: 1155156 – Cannot update Leap 15.0 with a KDE plasmoid plasma5-pk-updates .

It looks like this problem was solved.

Now VLC repo https://download.videolan.org/pub/vlc/SuSE/Leap_15.0/ causing problems.
Update by a KDE plasmoid plasma5-pk-updates works if this VLC repo is turned off.

Problem was solved by updating repositories using theirs settings in YaST.
