Cannot install systemd-boot with DVD ISO (packages missing)

Hi, I’m installing Tumbleweed on another pc and I need systemd-boot, so I chose it as usual, but now it says that I need to select systemd-boot and sdboot-util packages. This is something I’ve never experienced.

So I went to the programs, searched for the two packages and… They’re totally missing. How can I install Tumbleweed with systemd-boot now?

Use network repositories or install with grub2 and switch to systemd-boot later.
