Initial installation attempt hangs with “started session 3 of user root”, afterwards I have set “nomodeset” as parameter in login screen.
I was able to install. After I start my system, I remove “nomodeset” but I do not get a graphical interface…
Any hints?
Please show us what is returned from inxi -GSaz.
Sorry, it was my bad. I did not select any of the graphical packages, I was not aware that nothing is included by default. After reinstalling with KDE selected i get the login screen … Thank you, I will close the issue
