Can`t connect to the Internet after manual disconnect

Using USB 3G modem to access to the Internet. After manual disconnect can not connect again. Receiving this error:

(1) Creating object for path '/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/ActiveConnection/31

But after I wait for some time & try again no error messages but instead just notification appears with network connection status (Disconnect). In openSUSE 12.3 all was fine. My DE is XFCE. Using nm-applet or gnome-nm-applet.

Are you sure that’s the entire error?

Pls post the previous line or two as well if they exist.
