I am trying to install wvdial from the installation media but it seems that it is not included any more.
Did you try to find it with https://software.opensuse.org/search ?
that is the problem, how can I connect to the internet in the pc without wvdial, this is for my home pc that is in an isolated place.
wvdial is in the main OSS repo. I have no idea whether it is on the installation DVD though.
If not, just download the .rpm, transfer it to that computer (with an USB stick e.g.) and install it with “sudo rpm -i wvdial-xxx.rpm” or “sudo zypper in wvdial-xxx.rpm” (you must specify the exact file name of course instead of wvdial-xxx.rpm).
wvdial requires wvstreams though, so you should install that first. No idea whether that is on the installation medium.
There might be other ways instead of wvdial to connect to the internet as well though, depending on how you actually connect.
