I tried it because I am always triggered by the “it does not work” 
When using Firefox to go to https://software.opensuse.org/distributions/tumbleweed and clicking on the DVD-Image button, I get a 404 Not Found page in stead of Firefox asking me what to do with the ISO file (as I expected).
It’s not jet been pushed to the mirrors. 20201229 was only just published. A bit of patience is all that is needed.
