Can no longer access camera after recent bug fix update

Hello,

Running 13.2, and fully updated. I tried to upload some pictures today, and the system will no longer mount the camera. The usb device is recognized, I am provided with options (like download with Gwenview), and then when I select that, it says it cannot mount. Failure notice also provides camera drive size, so I assume that the USB connection is ok, and the information is being transferred correctly.

Is this something associated with the latest security update, perhaps a permissions issue. I am a newbie and don’t have a clue. Just know my camera is now down. Never had a problem before…

Any help you can provide, or suggestions to help diagnose would be appreciated.

Did you really fully updated?
Today there was an Kernel update because the old kernel has such Problems you described.
Did you restart after Update? If not, do it.

Thanks, that was absolutely it. Had not seen the new updates, but remembered updating yesterday. Things are connecting up again.
